ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel an order in cases of limited stock, pricing errors, technical issues or suspected fraud. If this happens, any payment already made will be refunded in full. The price displayed at the time of your order applies, VAT is shown at checkout, and orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable German and EU consumer law. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic and care products cannot be returned once the seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed after delivery, and hygiene-related accessories such as sponges, brushes and applicators may also be excluded once used or unpacked. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and your warranty rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

All content on our website, including texts, images, logos and designs, belongs to Skinyera UG or its licensors and may not be used for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you send us a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for marketing purposes and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
