ORDER PROCESSING
We begin processing your order as soon as full payment has been received. Most orders are handed over to our shipping partner within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy times such as seasonal sales or the weeks before Christmas, processing may take a little longer, and we will inform you of any significant delay. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.
DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch, delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 5 business days. These times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and occasional delays may occur due to carriers, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY AREA
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping offers are displayed on our website and at checkout. We currently deliver within Germany only. If you would like to order from another country, contact us at info@zorimavel.com and we will let you know whether delivery is possible.
PACKAGING
Every order is packed carefully and securely. Bottles, jars and tubes are sealed and cushioned to prevent leaks, breakage and scratches, and fragile items such as glass containers, mirrors and facial tools receive extra protection. We pack your products so they arrive clean, intact and ready to use.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can follow your parcel on the shipping company's website using the tracking number in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
DELIVERY ADDRESS AND MISSED DELIVERIES
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, as we can only change the address before your order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and additional shipping costs may apply. If you are not at home, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, at a parcel shop or with redelivery instructions.
DAMAGED, LEAKING, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please check your order when it arrives. If the parcel is damaged, a product has leaked or broken, an item is missing, or you received the wrong product, contact us at info@zorimavel.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will sort it out quickly with a replacement or a refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
LOST PARCELS
If your tracking shows no progress for an unusually long time or your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
TRANSFER OF RISK
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them.
TAXES
All prices at checkout include the statutory German VAT. As we ship within Germany, no customs duties apply.
